Join us in a roundtable discussion to explore in detail the new Autodesk software-licensing model.     David Hill holds designations in civil technology from Ryerson Polytechnic Institute, and CAD technology from George Brown College of Applied Arts and Technology. His extensive experience with a wide variety of municipal engineering, land development, highway, and airport projects spans more than 25 years. He is skilled in preliminary and detailed design, project and consultant management, contract administration, and construction management and supervision. In his current role David provides consulting, implementation, training, and support services. David is an Autodesk Certified Implementation Expert and trainer who specializes in the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D software to design complex transportation and land development projects (subdivision and commercial). David has spoken at Autodesk University and Autodesk User Group International and is a member of the Groundbreakers Civil 3D User Group.

    Derek Gauer has more than 25 years of CAD Management experience and has been employed at IBI Group for the past 23 years.Derek specializes in CAD Management, road design including horizontal & vertical alignment, quantity calculations and contract document preparation.Derek’s current position is the Global Manager for the Hardware, Software, and Support in the Design Technology Group.His experience of CAD/BIM and IT has enabled him to integrate over twenty new firms into the IBI Group of companies.He support over 1500 users spread across 60 plus offices, in ten countries. His role includes investigating and implementing training methodologies, researching new advancements in software.Derek has extensive knowledge of AutoCAD, AutoCAD MAP, Civil 3d, Revit, 3ds Max, Autodesk InfraWorks 360, and Microsoft System Centre Manager.Derek is a member AUGI, Groundbreakers Civil 3D User Group, and the Ontario Revit User Group.
