- MCMichael ChasserMichael Chasser is a project manager at Burns & McDonnell Engineering, where he has been for over 14 years. He has facilitated numerous electric utility clients' transitions from a 2D to 3D design environment, across multiple software platforms. He is currently leading the Burns & McDonnell Transmission & Distribution intelligent substation design conversion and standards development effort, while also continuing to lead multiple clients in their own conversions and standards development efforts. Mr. Chasser has presented the topic of intelligent substation design to industry conferences nationwide. Additionally, he is a participating member of the SDS Consortium, and he has co-authored consortium best-practice documents and workflows.
