La industria de la infraestructura está rezagada de otras industrias en cuanto al uso de la automatización. Dynamo para Civil 3D ayuda a abordar este problema, pero muchas empresas tienen dificultades para implementar la automatización en sus equipos. ¿Qué procesos deben automatizarse? ¿Cómo llevar a cabo tal cambio en un equipo? La presentación se centra en cómo implementar la automatización en procesos existentes: identificar las oportunidades de automatización, desarrollar la solución y cómo ponerla en práctica en los diferentes equipos dentro de una organización. Utilizaremos un ejemplo de un proceso común en ingeniería civil como el movimiento de tierras e ilustraremos los pasos para desarrollar e implementar soluciones escalables que permitan automatizar el proceso de diseño. Finalmente, hablaremos de las mejores prácticas para implementar la automatización exitosamente: estandarización, organización de documentos, requisitos tecnológicos, recursos necesarios, etc.
