- LTLaura TalbotAs a member of the ACS Construction Customer Success team, Laura works with delivery teams to turn customer insights into actions through the Voice of the Customer program, eliminating barriers so we can maximize return on investment and accelerate adoption for customers across the ACS portfolio. Laura joined Autodesk in 2016 as a Customer Engagement Specialist for BIM 360. Prior to joining Autodesk, Laura worked for a large commercial general contractor in Operations and Business Development, both domestically and internationally. Laura has a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering with an emphasis in Construction Engineering & Management from Stanford University.
- Jessica DenmanJessica Denman is a Manager on the Construction Customer Success Programs team at Autodesk. She has been at Autodesk for 5 years working with customers to capitalize on Autodesk solutions. She leads scaled curriculum for construction customers, developing programs to support BIM 360 and help customers move construction workflows to the Cloud. Jessica graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Civil Engineering degree. She began her career in engineering design and construction support for a large multi-discipline engineering firm. With the Customer Success at Autodesk, she frequently draws on her engineering background while working directly with customers in the infrastructure, building, and construction industries.
