- CSClayton StarrClay Starr is the Director of Engineering Applications for Arcadis. With 19 years of experience in CAD/Building Information Modeling (BIM), Clay is responsible for managing the training, implementation, and support for all aspects of Arcadis' use of engineering and design technology, including BIM, parametric design, integrated delivery, energy analysis, and global collaboration. While consulting on more than 200 BIM projects of all sizes and types and training 600-plus employees globally, Clay has the inside track on what it takes to encourage people to embrace change. He works with executive leadership to align technology with the firm's strategic-design and engineering-application goals, and he helps company leadership understand the new workflow required for the transition into 21st-century delivery. He also has global experience with public speaking, highlighting the firm's technological vision and implementation process and goals.

- TZTomislav ZigoOver the past two decades Tomislav has been an advocate of digital technology implementation as a researcher, designer and over past six years as a designer - builder. His experience includes work in the vanguard of BIM methodology implementation on large healthcare, institutional and industrial projects; research work in the field of Building Performance Analysis; optimization and use of mobile and immersive technology and mentorship positions in a number of local and national architectural firms during their transition toward BIM adoption. Currently he leads Clayco's VDC department and teaches at Washington University in St. Louis.
- SGShiva GhazalShiva Ghazal is an Enterprise Systems Specialist with Hansen Yuncken, and currently works within the business’s Innovation Group, which leads the development and implementation of the company’s enterprise BIM initiative. Shiva has a mandate to increase efficiency through refined processes and innovation across the enterprise. Her team has achieved this through the development of a world class, and award-winning collaboration and information management system called Hyway. The system provides the backbone to connect the businesses disparate systems and Autodesk technologies, in alignment with a strategic BIM implementation improving consistency, transparency and enterprise intelligence across the Organisation. This has been influential in driving the adoption and consistency of BIM across all projects, and throughout the supply chain. Creating a culture where people embrace innovation.
- CSClay StarrAs Esri's Architecture, Urban Planning & Design Lead, I am responsible for setting the overall strategy on how GIS enables designers and planners to radically improve their response to the challenges they face, deliver data-driven results, and generate new and better outcomes through the geographic approach. The digitalization of our industry over the last 2 decades through the data-rich BIM process has laid the foundation for this next evolution in design and it's an exciting time to be part of the AEC!
