Description

In this class you will learn and see all new improvements for the Advance Steel software plug-in for Revit software. Beside normal export and import functionality, this enables also a model file synchronization to keep the Revit model and the fully detailed structural steel model up to date. The class will also be focused around workflow optimizations to reduce time spent on model transfer.

    Jochen Tanger
    Jochen Tanger is based in Munich, Germany, and has been working as a technical sales specialist at Autodesk, Inc., for more than 20 years. Since Autodesk decided to market Revit in Central Europe in 2004, he has been presenting, selling, training for it to resellers and customers. Today he is mainly responsible for the whole Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes with all of its products and solutions. Jochen holds a diplom-ingenieur degree in civil engineering from the Leuphana University of Lüneburg.
  • Udo Hädicke
    Udo is the Product Manager for Advance Steel and Structural Steel in Revit. With a 9-years background as structural engineer he started 2008 as technical sales consultant for Advance Steel and worked later as Local Product Manager for German speaking regions. In 2013 Udo started his role at Autodesk. He holds a diploma in Structural Engineering from the university of applied sciences in Leipzig, Germany.
