This change management process integrates design, construction, and commissioning together with facility/asset management and GIS into all aspects of facility operations and maintenance, based on the requirements developed for the owner. As a renowned subject matter expert, Mr. Rodriguez has presented on BIM to FM & GIS at the Airport’s Council International, American Association of Airport Executives, Autodesk University, BIMForum, ESRI International User Conference, SMART Infrastructure Forum and IFMA’s World Workplace. In addition, Mr. Rodriguez was the AU Speaker for the Campus FM Technology Association.

At HNTB he has been responsible for Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementations on large programs, including on Denver International Airport's new Hotel and Transit center. Will has been the design technology and IT manager for several architecture firms in the Denver metropolitan area, and he spent several years as an applications engineer and instructor in the Value Added Reseller channel. He has managed the technology standards for architecture practices, trained hundreds of industry professionals, and mentored numerous firms and individuals in the process of making transitions to BIM.
