在工程建设行业, 随着BIM技术的广泛应用, 对数字化模型的需求也越来越大。在项目的各个阶段, 都涉及到跟不同专业的协同合作。 其中跟制造业的沟通更是重中之重, 比如设备定制、机电安装、预制加工等领域。制造业步入全3D数字样机的时间更早一些, 如何有效的依托制造业现有的成熟的3D技术, 为BIM工程助力是本课程要介绍的重点。如机械设备定制, 除去纯书面文字的沟通, 现有的协同可使用中间格式(igs/stp等)将不同设计阶段的BIM建筑模型从Revit导出, 然后导入Inventor等机械设计类软件中为机械设备设计做设计参考; 但是一旦Revit模型发生变更则需要重新导出建筑模型, 然后再重新导入到下游设计, 中间的关联更新很难保证, 造成了大量的时间和精力上的浪费。反过来也是一样, Inventor中设计的机电设备导入到Revit中, 进行机电安装工程布局设计和干涉检测等, 机电设备一旦发生设计变更, 也需要重新导入模型, 并进行手动的更新, 这些一直是两个行业间模型沟通的最大壁垒。Inventor近年来专注于解决Inventor和Revit之间模型互转并保持关联更新, 新方案的应用可以极大的降低成本, 提高协同效率。
