- SKSteven KnudsenSince graduating from University of California, Los Angeles, with a Master of Architecture degree in 2004, Steven Knudsen has focused on the design and documentation of large-scale complex projects while capitalizing on Building Information Modeling (BIM) / digital design. Knudsen thrives when working in a collaborative environment between the owner, architect, and contractor, always searching for solutions that benefit the team as a whole. Some projects Knudsen has worked on include Palomar Medical Center (American Institute of Architects Technology in Architectural Practice BIM Award), Cedars-Sinai Advanced Health Sciences Pavilion (presented at USC BIM Conference), Farmers Field, Shanghai Disneyland, Sands Cotai Central, Motiongate Dubai, and Midfield Satellite Concourse (presenting at Midwest University). In dealing with such large-scale projects, Knudsen pushes toward an integrated project delivery approach.

Consistently ranked as one of the top 10 architecture firms in the United States, we listen to our clients and transform their insights into structures and spaces that inspire, inform, and innovate. He received his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University. He is a registered architect in Texas and Arizona and has been practicing architecture for nearly 17 years. Chad’s primary focus at Corgan is development and implementation of the education and training program for design applications, as well as providing BIM related expertise to projects across the firm. He is a Certified Revit Professional and has been using Autodesk, Inc., products for well over a decade, most recently overseeing the firm’s transition of project work to A360 Team and Collaboration for Revit.
