- GRGayle RoseGayle Rose has been working in the plastics industry for more than 20 years. Her experience with computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools has included software development as well as injection molding analysis. In 1991 Gayle started her career with Becton, Dickinson, and Company (BD), a medical technology company that produces high-volume commodity medical products. She has been a Simulation Moldflow software user for over 15 years, and she has presented at several U.S. user meetings, served on the International Moldflow User's Group Board in 2003, and received the Autodesk University Newbie Award in 2010 for her presentation with Franco Costa on the implementation of transient cooling. Gayle currently manages and leads the injection molding analyses (IMA) technology capability for the Corporate CAE Group at BD. Along with providing analytical support to research and development and manufacturing sites throughout the corporation, Gayle promotes the use of IMA capabilities and coordinates the use of CAE technologies for manufacturing applications.
