  • Jeffrey Cowgill
    Jeffrey Cowgill is a utility industry design professional with over 30 years of experience. Since 1993, he has worked in various roles at Southern Company, including substation designer and physical standards coordinator. In 2003, Cowgill participated in the group responsible for the change to AutoCAD software for the entire substation design group. Currently, he is the physical standards coordinator overseeing development and implementation of SDS (safety data sheet) standards at Southern Company. Cowgill was recently married and he enjoys traveling, cooking, and home improvement projects.
