While Vault Professional software has many out-of-the-box features that meet most organizations’ needs, there are sometimes circumstances that require a more complex implementation. Join us as we review three implementations that required custom solutions to meet each organization’s needs. These solutions used everything from Data Standard to powerJobs to powerGate to deliver a robust solution. Each implementation brought with it its own challenges and complexities to overcome. But in the end, each organization saw benefits of implementing these advanced solutions. In this class, we’ll review the questions that needed to be asked in order to see these projects through to success. We’ll highlight the similarities and differences of each project, review any lessons learned, and provide best-practice recommendations.

    Chancellor is currently a Senior Implementation Consultant with Team D3 based out of Springfield, MO. His focus lies primarily in Vault customization and automation, specifically in connecting Vault data with other systems. While in industry he had a focus on bringing the shop floor together with the engineering department and leveraging the power of automation to shorten lead times, decrease errors, and minimize repetitive tasks. Now with Team D3, he is able to bring the power of automation and integration to more people.
