Description
Making the decision to convert to a Vault system is easy, but the work required to make that leap can be daunting. In this class, attendees will learn tips to help the transition. From tackling duplicate file names, to overcoming the struggles of clean file migration, to making sure revision schemes work properly—there are many aspects of the Vault to organize. This class will cover best practices for not only Autodesk file management, but also Mastercam, Microsoft Office documents, and PDFs.

- LDLauren DrotarI have been an Autodesk user since 2009, when I learned how to use AutoCAD Mechanical as a freshman in technical high school. Ten years later, I am an Associate Applications Engineer & local Vault administrator at IMI Precision Engineering, a fluid controls device manufacturer located in Farmington, Connecticut. I attended Autodesk University in 2017, where I became certified in Inventor. When I'm not working, I'm busy finishing my Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology at Central Connecticut State University and expected to graduate in December. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, spending weekends at the racetrack, and playing with my cats.
