Attendees of this class will learn how, through the use of the Autodesk Fusion Lifecycle platform, manufacturing companies are able to accelerate their New Product Introduction process reducing the time to market and, and as result, increase commercial opportunities. Attendees will see how predefined approval gateways provide the opportunity for the project management team to review NPI progression allowing the project team to identify bottlenecks. We will show how adaptable and flexible a Fusion Lifecycle process can be, especially in regard to NPI, when using task templates that allow an organisation to predefine a set of tasks the completion of which will be required to progress the development of a new product. Using the Project Management and Reporting features of Fusion Lifecycle, attendees will see how the management team can see a detailed, real-time view of the current NPI project's status.
