- Pamela AdamsPamela is a seasoned professional in the User Experience and Research field. She has worked with Xerox, HP, ImageX/Extensis, Tektronix, and Home Depot. Her accomplishments range from setting strategic website user experience direction, collaborating/facilitating multifunctional program teams , evangelising and institutionalising user-centered design practices, working with external partners (Adobe, Apple, Microsoft, Nike, and EFI) and hiring/managing a human factors team. Pamela complimented her master's degree in Industrial Engineering with a master's in Fine Art in film and photography. The creative practices and collaborative filmmaking skills benefited her both personally and professionally. She thrives in collaborative team efforts and creating respectful/productive work environments. At Autodesk from 2008-2012, she designed/delivered training on user experience methodologies to international R&D teams. The training included Focus Group Facilitation and Analysis, Heuristic Reviews, Usability Testing, Benchmark Evaluations and User Experience Metrics. Since May 2018, Pamela has been supporting the Product Design Group in DCP as their principal user researcher, working with the Inventor team on research projects supporting new product design.
- JGJay GrossmanJay joined the AutoCAD Product Support team 19 years ago where he quickly became the global escalation point for installation and licensing issues for all Autodesk products. In 2008, Jay switched focus and joined the Inventor team as a product designer where he has worked on install and licensing projects, AnyCAD, Home and many others.
