  Since more than 15 years I am now working with Autodesk in different roles such as Technical Account Manager and Product Manager for Vault. I am located in our office in Munich, Germany. Currently I work as a Solution Engineer in the Technical Sales organization focusing on the Autodesk Product Design Collection from a product point of view. Anyway - most time it make sense to have first the helicopter view on things to get the whole picture. For that I am doing so called "customer discovery workshops" to understand and uncover the customer needs, challenges and dependencies (processes, departments etc) within the customer's environment to be able to come up with a good solution. Before Autodesk I was working as a CAD-Administrator taking care to the Inventor users, develop and introduce design methods with Inventor in conjunction with the related PDM/PLM System. I studied "Holztechnik and Holzbau & Ausbau" at the University of Applied Science in Rosenheim and also worked there as a lecture and in the IT department.
