New regulations, requirements and guidelines around sustainability are emerging rapidly around the world. The commitment to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, energy, water and waste calls for sustainable buildings and infrastructure. Sustainability regulations and requirements in Scandinavia (and the rest of Europe) are putting forward demands that require new ways of working and better data insight e.g., Environmental Production Declaration (EPD) data. One example is that all new buildings above a certain size need to be Life-cycle Assessment (LCA) documented and compliant. Do we have the digital tools needed to work with sustainability in an efficient way?
In this panel some of the Scandinavia's largest architect companies and engineering companies together with NTI (one of Autodesk's largest global partners) will share how they are working with digital tools and solutions to be compliant with sustainability regulations and how they see this developing in the future.

Møller's BIM transformation and assure the development closely follows the possibilities of the BIM tools and to constantly ensure that the BIM applications are optimally executed in relation to the strategy. I am responsible for the development of all the company's BIM guides and all training material for the company's standards and BIM structure and to teach processes and work routines internally at C.F. Møller.

This robust educational foundation, combined with his industry experience, allows Andreas to understand the complexities of the AEC industry and convert that knowledge into effective, supportive solutions. Andreas has been an active participant in numerous presentations and panel debates, most recently at DevCon 2024 in Munich, where he discussed NTI's use of Autodesk Platform Services (APS) and the Data Model API's.
Jens Majdal KaarsholmJens Majdal Kaarsholm, Director of Design Technology at BIG, is an experienced professional in the fields of architecture and technology. Having worked as a dedicated BIM professional for more than a decade, Jens have been involved in various large scale projects around the planet, as well as the implementation of BIM in leading architectural companies such as BIG and Foster and Partners. Jens have always kept a very open-minded approach to BIM in architecture, with an aim to give the architects as much freedom as possible, and to implement BIM without hindering the design process if possible. Jens brings a yes-hat attitude to most problems and projects, always aiming to find good solutions to complex problems, even if that sometimes requires creative workarounds.- SPSalman PeyI am an experienced leader with a proven track record in BIM and digital transformation. Here are six highlights of my experience and approach: I prioritize people over technology in digital innovation, recognizing that technology is only as effective as the people using it. To ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives, I build an architecture that empowers employees to make informed choices and drive the best results. I am a technology enthusiast and have expertise in BIM, AI, RPA, IoT, big data, machine learning. I have worked with some of Denmark's largest companies, including MT Højgaard, Rambøll, DTU, and NIRAS, where I was responsible for digital strategy development and goal realization on complex projects.
