The presenter will showcase an industry application case study from an elevator manufacturer that uses the power of the Autodesk Forge platform to automate its presales process, along with an iLogic-driven Inventor model. Learn how the already powerful iLogic-driven 3D models in Inventor work as the business logic driver and maximize the multidevice capability of Autodesk Forge. This class will explore how the sales team can be empowered with an online configurator that they can use at customer sites to design and arrive at prerequisite drawings and estimates within few minutes. The core objective of this Autodesk Forge integration is not only to reduce time to proposal, but also to give customers a choice to visualize and modify their requirements on site without having to wait for responses from design teams. The presenter will explain how they could save close to 20% of their sales proposal drawing generation cycle time, which used to take more than a day to respond with engineering team changes.
