In this class, you get to hear BAM's digital transformation journey over the last few years from paper based workflows to fully digital, and zero paper, to leveraging data for insights.BAM's long adoption of digital construction practices and Autodesk construction solutions has positioned them to leverage the benefits of AI and machine learning to improve virtual design and construction processes. As an early adopter of Construction IQ solution, which leverages machine learning, BAM project teams and executives identify risk and take action on a day to basis. Digital Construction leaders from BAM will share how they adapted this new technology to the industry processes and ensure its readiness for adoption across projects within BAM. We will highlight successes as well as the challenges of presenting AI-reviewed data and making it trustworthy and actionable for project teams. We will also explore what the future holds for AI and machine learning to predict and prevent problems early.

He has been undertaking Digital enablement roles over the last 17 years, 10 of which have been with BAM. Michael's current area of responsibility is information management and data analytics for BAM UK & Ireland's construction and civil engineering projects.
- MVManu VenugopalManu Venugopal is an Architecture, Engineering, and Construction technology expert and thought leader focusing on Building Information Modeling, data and analytics. As a Senior Product Manager at Autodesk, Manu helps the Autodesk Construction Cloud team build innovative products using cloud and mobile technologies and improve the Construction industry processes. Manu is currently working on introducing machine learning and predictive analytics to construction industry providing insights to customers to help them deliver projects successfully.
Simon TritschlerSimon is the Principle Digital Support Specialist for BAM UK & Ireland with responsability for the deployment of Autodesk Construction Cloud and support for project applications. A Land Surveyor by profession, during his 25+ years in the construction industry he has worked as a consultant, trainer and team manager on projects across the EU and Middle East. While responsible for the sucessful deployment and adoption of ACC Build into the UK&I, he is also a key advocate and speaker on the adoption of digital technologies and Lean culture including a big stage presentation at AU2019. Simon has a successful track record for building high performance agile teams that operate in high stress environments and deliver world class results.
