In his role, Stephen leads the implementation and management of the BIM Execution Plan (BIMxP) program, ensuring project teams are equipped to manage workflows efficiently. He champions the use of virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR) technology to enhance the design-build process, reduce requests for information (RFIs), and improve constructability, while focusing on long-term maintenance needs for owners. A recognized thought leader and experienced speaker at Autodesk University (AU), Stephen has delivered presentations on evolving client data requirements, cloud-based solutions, and the future of project delivery through data and BIM maturity ideologies. - JBJustin BakerJustin Baker, a Purdue University graduate, began working for Gaylor Electric shortly after earning a distinguished degree from the School of Building Construction Management. Moving on to complete the ABC Apprenticeship Program, he demonstrated his desire to learn, develop, and grow his construction career in his early years with the organization. During his first 10 years at Gaylor Electric, Justin was based out of Indianapolis but traveled throughout the country managing many of Gaylor Electric's largest, most complex projects. Justin's experience, drive, and construction insight advanced him from project manager, location manager, to Southeast Executive Vice-president. For over 20 years, Justin has continuously demonstrated Gaylor's values and standards at the highest levels, while leading enthusiastically in all his roles. Now, as appointed Chief Operating Officer, Justin manages our Strategic Innovation group, taking on some of the company's most complex projects nationwide. As a leader in construction, Justin leverages his insight, knowledge, and experience in complex electric construction and robust power delivery. The mission critical sector has been a significant contributor to the company's overall revenue growth, largely due to Justin's exceptional talent and leadership. As a strong supporter of innovation, manufacturing, and construction process improvement, Justin's expertise has played a vital role in positioning Gaylor Electric as industry leader. Outside of Gaylor Electric, Justin serves on the board of directors for the Carolina Electrical Contractors Association and is greatly involved with Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). - LWlincoln WoodLincoln is a design and construction executive with over 20 years of experience delivering complex projects across multiple sectors, including commercial high-rise and tenant improvement, utility plants and data centers, professional sports stadiums, and multi-family residential. Lincoln has led teams across all facets of the delivery process, including design, supply chain, construction, and innovation. Currently, Lincoln is the Director of Design at Edged, leading the strategy and delivery of data center design. Prior to joining Edged, Lincoln was Head of Delivery at Juno, where he oversaw supply chain and construction of mid-rise prefabricated buildings using mass timber. Lincoln also served as Vice President of Construction at WeWork where he oversaw the in-house general contracting company for the western United States and Canada, and as Director of Innovation and Technology for Turner Construction's Northern California region where he founded Turner Labs, a startup accelerator focused on deploying high-impact solutions to projects. Lincoln studied at the University of California, Berkeley, with a focus on Architecture, City Planning, and Psychology.
