Description
On the inside, drawings have a CAD standard. Although it hasn’t been established on paper, drafters have a certain way of doing things. The problem is that the person sitting in the space next to you has his or her own way of doing things as well. On the outside, your deliverables should look consistent—sheet to sheet, department to department, and office to office. In this class we will discuss how to engage the support of management in creating and deploying a set of standards. We will review the tools you’ll need to train and enforce new rules. And, lastly, we will motivate users to get behind these standards and support them through awareness.
