- CMCory MogkCory Mogk is the Autodesk, Inc., research evangelist and innovation architect behind Autodesk's internal innovation program, Idea Exploration (IdEx). Cory started his career as a technical illustrator in engineering and quickly gravitated to CAD and 3D design visualization. From there it was a short trip to creating computer graphics for film, television, and games. Cory joined Alias to work on PowerAnimator software and its successor (Maya software, later acquired by Autodesk), and as an application consultant writing courses and training artists and programmers. With a solid understating of the creation process and a passion for helping customers with their needs, Cory became the product design manager for Maya software and eventually the product line manager for Maya software and Entertainment Creation Suite software. A lifelong learner, Cory has studied animation, architecture, business, computer science, improvisation, and music. Feel free to use any of these as a springboard to discuss the cool things that Autodesk researches.
