  Bill Fourt has served as the Vice President of Construction for Comfort Systems USA since 2015.Prior to his appointment as VP of Construction, Bill was a Regional Vice President from 2012-2014, overseeing 8 Operating Companies within Comfort Systems USA.Before joining the Corporate Team, Bill was the Executive Vice President at Tri-City Mechanical in Phoenix AZ for 15 years.Bill has extensive background in construction, and spent 17 years as a project manager and estimator.He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Environmental Science from Grand Canyon University and a Master of Natural Science from Arizona State University.

William is responsible for implementing, training, and advising on best practices for these companies, developing standards within the organization, and providing technology recommendations for the future. In the past, William has trained and Implemented Autodesk Fabrication CADmep, ESTmep, and CAMduct as well as utilized it as a 3D detailing and coordination package. Mr. Brady is aMechanical Engineering graduate from Texas A&M University and is a registered Professional engineer.
