Join Russell Paul, award-winning visual effects artist, as he shares some of his experiences with design, visual effects (VFX), and visual communications. During this class, you learn about techniques to lay down ideas and create stunning visuals. - RPRussell PaulRussell Paul is an award winning visual effects artist. After graduating from Art Center College of Design with a degree in transportation design Russell joined Alias|wavefront in Toronto, Canada. Working closely with the international design community and the A|W r+d team to develop and promote the Alias suite of design tools. In 1997 Russell turned his attention towards the vfx industry back home in California where he joined Industrial Light and Magic and has been there ever since. In addition to contributing to some of the biggest blockbuster movies of all time Russell has continued his passion for teaching by instructing classes at the California College of the Arts and the Academy of Art.
