With 450 survey requests to date, our aerial, mobile, and terrestrial LiDAR captures amassed 15+ TB, posing unique challenges and opportunities in managing the high expectations for accuracy and usability of the data during design within 800+ intelligent models. This session will take you through survey-grade reality capture, integrating LiDAR/point clouds using ReCap software, and hosting in BIM 360 Docs as the project's common data environment (CDE). The result is a highly accurate, detailed, and accessible representation of the existing conditions from which 1,000+ team members are drawing intelligence in Civil 3D, InfraWorks, Revit, and Navisworks software.
