  Stephen Hayes

  As an industrial engineer with experience in both automotive and modular construction, Stephen has the uncommon ability to adapt shop-floor manufacturing best practices to the construction environment. He is key to ICG's plant layout, production simulation, and supply chain optimization services for general contractors and trade contractors. Stephen is a systematic, data-driven, and creative problem solver, who leads with listening: he makes change happen. Stephen lives in Birmingham, Alabama where he loves spending time with his wife and young kids. He is a mountain biker and runner, and loves traveling to beautiful parts of our country for races.

  Melissa is a Principal and Co-Founder at the Industrialized Construction Group (ICG). She is a collaborator and lean thinker focused on helping Owners, Builders, and Designers to transform the Built Environment through innovation and better ways of working. Most of her career in AEC industry has been focused on optimizing organization and project team performance. With the founding of ICG, Melissa is bringing a heavy dose of lean thinking, lean operating principles, and manufacturing methods to build the skills, systems, and new mindsets needed to succeed in Industrialized Construction.
