日本の施工会社ＢＩＭにおいて、一般的な施工図作成ツールを変化して統合環境へ情報を集め見える化を行っていることが現状です、新菱のデジタルトランスフォーメーション実装チームは実プロジェクトにおいて設計・施工にＲＥＶＩＴＭＥＰを採用することにより、ＢＩＭコーディネート業務を変換の手間を少なくして行うことはもとより、煩雑な計画の精度を高めるためにその根拠となる数量把握を集計表に代表される数値把握をリアルタイムで実現し、積算情報等エンニアが必要とするデータを必要な形で提供できる方策を実現しています。当セッションでは、数量把握のためファミリー属性管理ノウハウやクラウドを利用した数量把握の実例を紹介します。
