Your “optimal” BIM process is not a fixed thing. It’s a set of practices that you can and must continuously improve. This is particularly true if you’re managing many complex projects simultaneously. And as digital tools evolve, more becomes possible—greater efficiency, increased automation, better collaboration. Senior Design Technology Lead Agata Kostrzewa helped to implement BIM processes on 117 projects in 111 cities, from London to Moscow, each completed in under a year. She talks about her experience with tracking projects, sharing data, automating routine tasks, and benchmarking performance.

About the speaker

Agata Kostrzewa is senior design technology lead at WeWork, where she is responsible for monitoring and iterating the BIM processes used by design and construction teams across EMEA. She holds a master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, and Environmental Design from the University of Nottingham.
