Strategy services have become essential to fund not only the clear prioritization which Building Information Modeling (BIM) uses to implement and to get key stakeholders, decision makers, and senior management to buy- in. Furthermore, it has become evident to align the successful adoption goals in early stages of strategic initiatives. The purpose of this class is to bring customers together who have already done a business value alignment (Systra, Ramboll, Pyöry) to share their experiences and match it with customers who have not yet done a BIM strategy alignment. This session features Revit.

- WRWolfgang RoederSince my early days as a professional I was always passionate on CAD, PLM and other digital initiatives. Following my first years between 1996 and 2000 in presales and consulting at MATRIX-ONE and PTC I decided to apply my knowledge in the industry where I integrated design suppliers and global sites into a productive engineering network as a successful 2D to 3D transformation program as a business unit CIO in the second half of a 10 years period.<br/><br/>In 2011 I returned “back” to the software and services industry accepting a new challenge at Autodesk to lead a team of Business Consultants in EMEA to support customers X-industries within their business transformation programs. Since then, the AEC industry and the BIM initiative became my new field of endeavor where I established Enterprise services with the support of my strong team in EMEA.
