I hold a Masters degree in English with five years of experience in teaching at the post-secondary level and over ten years of experience in manufacturing, specifically CNC machining and CAD/CAM programming. While I have a deep passion for manufacturing in education, I hold that when it comes to opportunity, it is essential equality be proactively pursued by those offering educational resources to enable students of all backgrounds to close the skills gap and be successful in industry.
