EDMUNDO HERRERA: Good morning, everybody. My name is Edmundo Herrera. I'm a senior territory solutions engineer. I'm a civil engineer. I'm registered in the state of Florida, and I've been working for Autodesk for 13 years. I worked for as a pre-sales engineer working for midmarket accounts and federal accounts, especially DOTs.

But having said that, I take care of also named accounts, and pretty much everybody that needs help with in-depth knowledge on our ADC collections, especially the focusing on bridge engineering, traffic engineering and artificial intelligence. I am here to present you the session Making Informed Decisions with Autodesk Construction Cloud and Autodesk Insight.

So it is a pleasure having you here. I am going to be co-presenting with Matt Wunch, which also works as an AEC solutions engineer for Autodesk. And without further ado, let's get started with our presentation.

First of all, we have the safe harbor statement, meaning that any purchases that you make are not based on what you are going to be learning today. But this is a technicality and we just got to get it out of the way for every single presentation that is shown at AU. OK, for the agenda, we have the following topics. Introduction. What is insight? Also as part of Autodesk Construction Cloud, what you can do when you extract data and how you visualize it.

You also are going to be learning how to create and customize dashboards. And then how do they lead to advanced visualization integration. What are the benefits of dashboards? And we will leave around 15 minutes for Q&A.

So for the introduction Autodesk Construction Cloud Insight. So there's a hidden gem inside of ACC that is Insight. It is called Insight. What does it do? It provides users the ability to extract project data. So based on all the intelligence and any information that ACC holds, you can extract all the information, all the data within ACC. And then once it is extracted, then we're going to learn that Insight also has the ability to display this extracted data on an unlimited number of dashboards.

Why? Because data visualization is paramount to any business to understand complex data in a very simplistic manner. So it's the visual feedback in all the analytics that you can achieve that you can really obtain, visualizing the data in dashboards, which make it much, much, much simpler to digest, and then to make educated decisions. You can also track key performance indicators, business metrics, and make, like we were saying, the correct decisions based on all the data that is presented to you in a very friendly manner.

It leads to enhanced productivity and greater project collaboration. You can have dashboards only geared towards specific groups in your project, or they can be shared amongst every single project team inside your project. And you will learn that data visualization becomes the leading source to make an informed decisions and enhance productivity, because you can immediately see what is working, what is not working, and then also analyze rooms for improvement.

Again, what are we going to be doing? Whether it's dashboards or graphic or just any type of graphics? We're going to be visualizing data. What is visualizing data? It's the process of communicating and translating data and information in a visual context. The visual feedback that you are presented with as data visualization is processed and placed in all these different types of matters.

You can visualize data, like we were saying, through graphics, through charts, through bar charts or images. They represent the insights to visualize and understand data patterns and trends. So not only is it going to give you, just the raw information visualized in a very funny manner, in a very friendly manner, excuse me, but it's also going to really help you understand data patterns and trends.

It represents vast volumes of information. Just an amazing number of elements and large amounts of data are going to be represented visually through these types of graphics. It's going to be critical for data analysis by communicating results effectively that you can present. Even engineering, in-depth engineering results. They're going to be presented in a simplistic manner so that you do not have to be an engineer to understand everything, to its slightest detail information-- to the slightest level of information possible analyzed by data.

But no, no, no. You can also understand the data patterns, the trends based on very simplistic friendly manner of visualization, which is the graphics. And then you'll also understand trends and patterns and also analyze room for improvements. And of course, this is going to be in a inside the ACC environment, which helps the collaboration to become much more efficient.

Now we're going to be specializing in one type of data visualization, which is dashboards. Why? Because dashboards are part of-- the very important part of how Insight presents the data to customers inside the ACC environment. So dashboards presents data in a clear, simplistic format. It provides actionable insights, helps make educated decisions to enhance and review performance.

Like we were also said, it provides reliable results and you can track key performance indicators and simplifies data and with a tremendous, tremendous visual feedback impacting the business and performance, and also make constant life decisions. Because data can be kept live. And if the data changes on a daily-- or you can sketch on the data extraction on specific time frames, then this live data will be connected to the dashboard so that all the dashboards are automatically updated.

The benefits are enormous. The decisions are based on facts, live facts, depending on how often you really extract data. And this extraction allows the data to be constantly refreshed. It becomes much more valuable, gaining insights to improve performance. You're just now presented with a series of reports of dumb and raw data information reports. No, not at all.

You can visualize it and you can communicate through dashboards which insight. They can have different types of graphics. But without, when you combine the graphics inside of dashboards that really present data in a specific manner, depending on the team that the dashboard is being stored, it can really bring enormous value.

It saves time. It's all data analytics on one screen. You can see as the data and the dashboards are stored in the same project, or in a series of projects in Autodesk Construction Cloud, these dashboards are this massive amount of data can be visualized at any time, at any time for as many members as you grant permissions to.

It managers challenges appropriately. And you can have unlimited number of dashboards. That's another thing. You can also start creating dashboards, specific dashboards per this specific team members or that they can be interested on really, really granular types of information that they want to visualize that are not relevant, that is not relevant to other project team members. And they also visualize and control data in one single project.

Very well. So the target industries. Who can benefit from visualizing data in dashboards? Pretty much every industry. Transportation, public utilities, health care, insurance, education, and media and entertainment. Now, if we start analyzing specific needs and then analyzing the benefits for specific industries, then we're going to be starting mentioning, what the benefits for transportation are.

It converts cities into smart cities. You can have, for example, the cycle, the groups and the facing for traffic lights. And then you can start analyzing how these traffic lights are impacting the level of service. If networks are being placed into really precarious situations, and then allowing networks to be collapsing, well, that's the behaviors of a typical city. But then you can start analyzing and convert them to improve these conditions and convert them into smart cities.

They help control traffic by just giving you really key performance indicators on the networks, on traffic networks, such as levels of service, queue lengths, and delays at the intersections. You can also optimize the route planning for specific periods of time during the day. You can start analyzing, well, what is working well, what is not working well, and what if scenarios. You can really start understanding how these dashboards present data through different types of the day. And then you can start making control decisions to optimize the routes during peak hours.

Congestion management, again, levels of service to improve conditions or avoid traffic network collapse. It manages-- they can also manage intelligent transport systems. You can start seeing if you implement the intelligent systems, how these systems are benefiting. And where exactly in your city or the benefits being really, really shown and presented.

Also design review. You can have a city with different types of behavior based on design. And then you can start reviewing. OK, well, if it's done correctly, you can really start doing all the design reviews. And if it can also keep track of all the design elements that are going to be or that are part of the project. And then you can visualize where the design is making an impact. And if it's up to date to your plan, design date.

Research and data management. Needless to say, OK, then you can even have, for example, pie charts that tells you [? and ?] manage not only assets, but also personnel. And then you can start understanding how well they behave during the project life cycle.

And of course, the visual project feedback structures. So if we talk about design inside a city or a transportation and infrastructure project, you've got structures, pressurized plant pipes, code compliance, CO2 emissions. You can have all of these key indicators visualized in a proper manner in dashboards to make informed decisions.

Now, moving on to media and entertainment. The benefits of media and entertainment are incredibly powerful, such as collecting data from social media. So you can collect data from social media then, but then you can also start grouping all this data and visualizing dashboards so that you can understand and identify trends. You can also access real time data.

Remember that data inside a project can be extracted on a real time basis so that the information is kept live. So usually you extract data every day, every 24 hours. But however you can schedule it based on days of the week and times of the days of the week to really understand and obtain access to real time data. Unlock insights, such as everything in any industry. You can understand all the different patterns and then and then study to provide very, very powerful insights based on these graphics.

Then after you start understanding the patterns and the trends, then you can start suggesting, OK, what if I improve the content for target audiences? So you can see, that based on dashboards, you can see the gaps or you can see where one in different-- one specific audience is not really kept up to your target indicator. Then you can start suggesting with a very smart approach how to improve content for these target audiences.

It measures content performance. And then again, you can start making all kinds of recommendations. And then based on trends and really past experiences and your market analysis, you can start understanding if you start providing improved content such as music series and movie recommendations, how they will be impacting and then predicting the trends and really start reaching your goals.

Now if we move on to manufacturing, well, all these dashboards can also present how efficiency is achieved on assembly lines. It also identifies where the bottlenecks are. So you can have, for example, just a simple graphic where you measure time against production, and then you can start seeing that if it's taking more time, much more time than what it's needed, then you can start identifying the bottlenecks, and then start starting more and more and more alternatives to reduce and improve efficiency by lowering the time where production is getting stuck.

You can also, such as media and entertainment. You can monitor how resources are being used and then start understanding where productivity can change, can be improved, once you understand and the usage of resources. Of course, you can measure the time from the start to the completion of production, time required. And if it's within standards, and according to your planned time frame, based on the amount of people working in a specific assembly line. Then you can assess that the time is what you would expect or not.

So you can track immediately how many-- just with a simple graphic that sums up all the number of employees. And then understand if the total number of employees meet the deadlines that you established based on your estimated productivity or history of productivity. You can also start understanding and visualizing if based on the number of employees the deadline is met or not.

You can also measure production hours per deadline. You can sketch on deadlines based on all these number of assets and also personnel that are being focused on one production line. And of course, also you can account for the number of defective products.

Now for energy and utilities, the benefits are also incredibly important, such as energy consumption. You can start understanding, OK, what times of the day, what times of the year, what times of the peak hour during the year consume more energy when energy is consumed? With peaks and valleys throughout different periods of time. You can also help you understand how energy could be saved and then the benefits of the capital in the time frame where energy could be saved, and then measure, for example, energy provided by solar panels versus traditional power. And then see on the energy savings to start promoting the usage of one over the other.

Also to track power outages. How, OK, if there was an extraordinary event, it will tell you where the power outages lasted more than other different parts of the city. And then understand why-- what the reason of the power outages was increased in one zone over the other one.

Identify peak times, like you were saying that the energy consumption, the pricing of energy. Understand also the price compared to the consumption and see if it is all under your expected logistics of customer satisfaction when it comes to pricing. So sketching deadlines and see if they were met or not. So based on your predictions, if there's a power outages, you had a deadline and you can review if they were met or not, depending on different parts of the city.

Also, it's going to let you manage smart grid weather predictions. So also based on different types-- again-- different types of natural events and events that are predictable but are going to be predicted over time, which are like hurricanes. Then you can start seeing the patterns. You can visualize these patterns inside the dashboard and say, well, what is the probability? Start measuring probability and see if it is going to be affected, or what parts of the city are going to be affected.

You can also understand how to maximize efficiency on renewable energy resources. And you can also adjust energy based on market demands and adjust them in real time. As data is collected pretty much on a very constant and a very predictable manner, or schedule manner that you really allot time for.

OK, for retail and wholesale, the benefits you can personalize customer experience. So if you have a store that has a specific type of people and neighborhood, then you can personalize the customer experience based on specific needs and see if it's meeting all the expected results as they are being displayed on dashboards. You can also enhance the marketing and start understanding the trends based on seasons, based on population, based on the type of population. And then you can measure how efficient a marketing strategy was over the other one.

And then you can also optimize supply chain management. So if from point A to point B, the merchandise took so many days and then understand these patterns or the total amount of time that it used to be that the goods or the product was used for transportation, then you can optimize, and start making decisions to optimize, the logistics and the change management to improve supply. You can also manage prices to maximize sales, and then see the trends, see all these statistics in one dashboard.

And of course, all the data analytics. OK? What product was moved, when it was moved. Then do I have a zero inventory? What is the balance in inventory? And then you can also, all these types of different data can be visualized in dashboards.

As far as the government, the benefits, well, you can start analyzing financial market trends. You can also do fraud detection and understand based on a daily, monthly, weekly basis how many frauds were detected, what is the maximum amount of fraud being recorded, and then what were the leading causes to it. You can even visualize multiple dashboards at a time and then start making decisions to obtain and grant these benefits, when it comes to this special type of industry, which is the government and the finances and the government.

And then also it doesn't only apply for all these financial fields, but also you can also identify and analyze patterns when it comes to diseases and illnesses. What caused the outbreak? The number of diseases when it started, when it reached its maximum peak, what helped it decrease, when it decreased? Is it constant? What actions were taken to understand and really improve proactively how we are going to offer as a government much better service to our citizens.

When it comes to insurance, this, you can imagine, that the massive amount of claims that the insurance companies have understand and then really, really in a very, very short period of time, understand the types of claims that were found. And then what was the outcome of each claims? And then you can also understand what the customer requirements are trending, what are their main behavior based on the customer requirements to predict, to offer a much, much better service. And then, of course, you can manage property and casualty insurance.

So you can also start thinking about how insurances can be visualizing all these massive amount of claims, all these different types of accidents based on the population, the type of accident. Or when it comes to just vehicles or even just the normal types of accidents that do not involve vehicles. So all these graphics visualized in dashboards, inside a project, offer humongous benefits to improve customer service when it comes to insurance.

And of course, keep my costs down. Because it's just like in energy, which we talked about. If I keep my costs down, it is certainly going to be impacting the price that I really suggest to the public. So keeping those costs down really, really depends on many things. But one key indicator is on these different patterns and analyze them to really contribute to this constant, constant pricing offer to customers.

In education you can start seeing that, well, you can visualize all the pattern that different teaching strategies offer to specific class grades or classrooms or grades. It doesn't even matter. You can do it from elementary all the way to graduate studies. And then understand if the pattern, if the proposal on these teaching strategies, what kind of benefits did it offer? Did it work, did it not work? And then also understand the room for improvement when you visualize and study all these deficiency areas.

How you can also understand and predict the interactive and encouragement courses. So based on the graphics, if you see that mathematics was a subject that regardless of an improved teaching strategy, is still in a very low rated grade, then you can start suggesting encouragement courses. But all these types of decisions, they're incredibly hard to make if you do not see everything coming together at one point as you're being presented with dashboards. You start suggesting learning patterns and teaching patterns based on all these statistics that are visualized through dashboards.

As far as health care, the benefits are also incredibly important as it helps monitor remote patients. All the statistics, all the statistics, all these different-- just different results after patients are remotely monitored, how they can be visualized in dashboards after the consultations made. After the consultation is ended. And then how can all these results be reflected in dashboards to understand, to monitor the patterns of remote patients.

You can also understand that they don't necessarily need to be there when it's nothing, when it's not extremely urgent, but it needs to be taken care of. Then you can visualize all the statistics after a consultation is made, and how this can be reflected in dashboards. You can also suggest improve care, either facilities or treatments based on the trend, on the number of hospitalizations, on consultations that are related to specific nature. Then you can also start suggesting improving care.

Reduce waiting times. It can also tell if your facility, and then you've got a massive amount of people at peak hours, OK, then you can understand and suggest what would increase the number of employees-- would impact the waiting times and suggest even more waiting times to start predicting and offering a much, much improved service to customers.

And of course, again, same as we saw with utilities. If all these resources are offering the expected level of service to customers, it's going to really help maintaining all these costs in check. And also you can also track the number of admissions and the time of the day, the time of the year. And the even you can get granular to the hour or even set of minutes that admissions were at its peak, or at its really low level during outbreaks, or during normal, non-seasonal related illnesses.

You can analyze patient therapy. So OK. So you can visualize based on in dashboards of these different benefits that patients gain after specific therapies and understand the improvement of these therapies. How fast did they act to really increase the health of patients based on specific therapies? And of course, this is directly tied to the effectiveness of treatments.

You can also imagine that you have all these, again, all these claims and then all these claims that would want to understand the nature of the claims, the amount of money that was spent or that was requested on every single claim, and then visualize to understand their patterns, to understand the needs for specific periods of time, of periods of critical needs that patients present.

And you can also understand the inventory management. So if you're running low, then remember, this is done on a daily basis. Then extraction is done on a daily basis. So it can keep track, OK, on which items are running low, and then start getting proactive to really supply and then have always some stock preventive stock always in line to really be proactive and not really run out of critical inventory during specific periods of time. So all these data statistics are going to help you just manage inventory in a very, very effective manner.

OK. Now as far as banking and securities, and this is the last industry that I'll be touching for the specific benefits. Again, it overlaps with what the government benefit would-- one of the benefits when we talked about the government, which is high frequency trading stocks. Which trading stocks are selling or are being very, very carefully studied as the period of time and also the political events that are reflected in the trading stock periods.

You can also do run and then start analyzing predictive analytics. You can do risk analysis, fraud mitigation. What type of steps, what type of strategies are suggested to prevent fraud? The same thing as we previously covered. OK?

Illegal trading, trading practices. What kind of practices were illegal? Once you understand and identify which practices were illegal, you can get in much more detail on every single activity to understand the true nature and also prevent-- take proactive steps to avoid illegal trading practices. Risk management and of course decision support analytics to understand and provide a much, much better service for banks to suggest to customers.

So those were the benefits based on the industry. Now, let's understand now what insight is and exactly how it could be reached. So remember, you have an Autodesk Construction Cloud project. It has a home page. But look, the first thing we're really start suggesting is do not-- you can, of course, use a traditional method to identify all these projects, the listing of all the projects you can start, and then selecting each of the projects from a list. There's nothing wrong with that.

But what I really suggest and what customers really like is visualizing all these projects inside a map. Because then you can imagine, OK, so I've got all these different types of projects, different projects, that belong to me and that are displayed in a global or in state or even in the nation basis. Then it's much better for me to understand and visualize them based on pins. So there's a lot of pins that are going to be visualized in your map depending on the massive amount of projects or the few amount of projects. But either way, you're going to see them in a map.

And then from within the map you can start interacting with the pin to take you to Autodesk Construction Cloud to the project itself. OK? So remember this again is a shortcut, but a really friendly shortcut to interact with all these different types of projects. Use a map to identify the project, to obtain project details. And it offers centralized navigation in one single screen. Remember, this is based on an account, and my account has different types of projects.

In one single screen, I can see all the projects that belong to the account. And then you have direct access to on a Autodesk Construction Cloud's project structure. So that's the beauty right there. Once you select the project, once you identify and visualize it inside a map, then you can click on the pin itself. And then you can select which part of Autodesk Construction Cloud I would want to really access. And then just by clicking on the title, it is going to take me right to that specific section that I'm interested in. So rather than just moving from window to window or from list to list, then use the map because it's really brings a lot of benefits.

And then just like we were saying, depending on the entitlements, you can select from the different sections of Autodesk Construction Cloud. You can see on the right side of the screen that it is-- the project is called Third Avenue and East 29th Street. And then that is the name of the project, which is stored in the [? TS ?] account. And of course, it has an address. That's why it places the pin correctly, OK?

But what I'm trying to really emphasize here is that, every single project has different types of sections or parts inside of that perform different tasks. But then you don't have to go to one and then move to the other one. From within the pin itself, once you identify the project, then you can select your specific section. And then once you click on the specific section, it's going to take you right to that area inside of ACC. And then different types of sections on ACC are Docs, Build, Takeoff, AutoSpecs, Model Coordination, Cost Management, Project Administration, Insight, or Design Collaboration.

Now once you identify that there is a project that the project is stored in my own account, then I can start seeing, well, how can I improve? And then start using all these benefits that we talked about previously when it comes to visualizing all the data in dashboards. Well, again, and let me move to the previous slide. You can see right here Insight. It has an arrow pointing right to it.

So it is delivered with Docs. It is part of Docs. And, if you have Docs, then you will have Insight. And then all you have to do is click on the insight and look at this. Let me explain to you what insight offers. It offers centralized data analytics.

All this massive amount of data being visualized in a centralized source of information. You can also create inside of Insight and you can also create dashboards. But not one. Unlimited number of dashboards. You can also obtain custom reports. It offers real time monitoring.

Remember, I told you and I've said it plenty of times, but data extraction can be scheduled for specific times of the day, for specific days, for specific weeks or specific months to keep this data alive, so that everything displayed in dashboards can be immediately seen. OK, you can do predictive analytics. They offer all these elements we've talked about, all the benefits. Enhances decision making. You can integrate data and import and export and the project outcomes.

OK, now we're going to be moving into data extraction and visualization. Look at this. OK, so this is Insight. Let me really stress here. Up at the top left corner, you can see that it says Autodesk Construction Cloud. But I'm under the Insight section. But look at this. This is critical.

How in the world am I going to extract data related to the project? Well, under Insight, there is a functionality called Data Connector. And what Data Connector is, is a mechanism or a function that provides data extraction. Why do you want it? Because it improves decisions, it saves time and enhances accessibility to users.

In data extraction, what does it do? What type of data is extracted? Remember, this type of data is related. The one under insight is related to project management, to cost management, to the project itself. Document management, issues tracking, key performance indicators, business metrics, and cross project analysis.

So any type of information that is part of ACC can be extracted. And you do that using the [? D ?] Connector right here. You can see data connector. Once you select data connector, takes you to a different screen where you can extract the data. But the type of data-- this is what I'm stressing on right now. It can be data related to the project management, to issues. You have issues, you have assets, you have cost management. Everything related to the project can be extracted. All this information so that you can visualize it on dashboards, and then really be proactive to increase and optimize my level of service inside a project to really inform the stakeholders, to inform the CEO of the behavior of a project.

And you do that through graphics without getting into really complex data analysis that is not relevant to even different high level people, or even stakeholders inside a company. You don't need to do that. You can just visualize it.

And here it is after you go to Data Connector and then run the extracting command, then here is where you extract all this information. The extraction can happen on regular updates to run at intervals or on demand extractions as needed. What if I want to really understand how the data is looking at this specific time? Then you just run the extraction. You don't need to wait for the schedule to kick in and generate all these types of data. OK?

OK. Data visualization. You can have on the left side, you can see that I've got so many different dashboards here. But this is for project managers. You can create dashboards that are only geared towards project managers. And although the dashboards can be unlimited for the project, you can even constrain the permissions to visualize dashboards to a specific group of people. So I say, very important people, C-level personnel inside a company, they probably are not interested in drainage networks or traffic engineering. They're interested in total costs. And then understand the resources.

Well, then you can create the specific dashboards only for project managers. Specific dashboards only for traffic engineers. Specific dashboards that are related to all projects involved. Communications, and then deadlines. Again, the relevant to every single department. So you can constrain the visualization, the creation of dashboards for specific type of project. The project personnel or project members. That's what it is.

Project members can be isolated, can be isolated to visualize specific dashboards. Or there can be dashboards that are common to see levels, to project managers, to engineers, to every single type of function that members have inside a project.

OK, now for creating and customizing dashboards. It's extremely simple. So on Insight, all you have to do is go to My Dashboard and under My Dashboard I just have to say, click, and then to create one dashboard. And then once the name is created, and then Autodesk Construction Cloud offers a wide variety of custom cards. The cards is just a matter of selecting which card you would want as part of your dashboard. And then all you have to do is drag it and drop it.

And these types of cards are related to project assets, to project issues. You can even interact with Esri, do project design, for issues, submittals, and also power BI. All the power BI results from specific templates used that you can visualize in dashboards.

So remember, very important people when it comes to decisions. Very important people when it comes to project management. Very important people when it comes to design. All these different types of people, they really benefit from visualizing the dashboards to make what is common on any type of section that you are going to be using, any type of project members, which is making educated, making correct decisions.

OK, now, again, you can control the permissions. You can grant it with all the project members or a few project members or a group of project members. And then so once you create them, this is the creation of the dashboard. And then you can control the permissions. And again, I said that what goes into dashboards are made of, they're made of asset cards. So all you have to do is from the card library, select your asset card and just drag it and drop it. And then once it's dropped into your specific dashboard, then you can configure and say, OK, we want to specialize and visualize this type of data on this asset card.

So just for example, the general dashboard. OK. The general dashboard has overall view of the complete project, but it's really tied to the visualization of the project on the cloud. You can also, if you're going to be interacting with S3, with S3 portals, then you can just create another asset card and then place it in this specific-- in this specific area or this specific dashboard. Then you can just drag it and drop it and then configure it to be visualizing the home page, or the portal page for specific projects.

For the advanced, visualization, integration, the types of data. Again, we really covered this. That is data that the extracted data can be visualized for project managers, cost managements, the document managers, people that track issues, and then obtain engineering reports. Again in-house, once all this data is extracted, how can it be visualized? Well, through dynamic visuals such as charts, graphics, KPIs and then patterns, problem areas. But then you can only see it once the visualization of all these types of analytics is presented.

OK, very well. And then what is critical? Remember that I told you that in your dashboard you can have all these different types of asset cards. One type of asset card is Power BI. So the Power BI holds true intelligence based on the template that you use, the data that you used. And then once the final presentation, the final report is created in Power BI, then you can import into an asset card. You can configure an asset card to be visualizing a specific report crediting [? project ?] BI. It's extremely powerful.

And then for project management, you can monitor the project count. Again, and I cannot stress this enough. If you have different project members inside your project, c-level, important people making decisions, stakeholders, internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, important people for data management, important people for project management, important people for engineering. Important people when it comes to different types of a specific tasks, granular tasks. Everybody becomes extremely important when it comes to the benefit of visualizing all these dashboards.

You can tie, for example, you can create another dashboard just for the model itself. You can visualize the model on the cloud, the way it was stored on the cloud. And then you can bring in a live, like, shared view of this project to-- at a specific location. And then you can visualize it in dashboards.

OK, for another one, another type of dashboard, you can see on the left side. Now I created one specific for drainage engineers. Drainage engineers that are understanding and studying and a very specific area in your project. Then all this different areas. I can visualize them as a shared view. And then I can also, another asset card that can be placed in your dashboards is the Microsoft Office.

And so I'm visualizing the model on one asset card and then I'm visualizing the reports on a different asset card. But all within the same dashboard. Now for bridge engineer, another one. I can create another one, another dashboard for bridge engineers that is not relevant to c-level people, that is not relevant even for project managers. They're related to specific types of members, which are part of, for example, the bridges in this case.

So I can create my own custom dashboard for bridge engineering that I remember, that I told you that you can bring in Power BI reports. Then you configure the asset card to be visualizing and fetching all these reports and visualizing them on dashboards. And of course, the model on the cloud. You can also bring it into your specific dashboard to visualize and have full control of all these decisions.

Now, what about project management? We talked about engineering, but project management, so Power BI takes all the data extracted from Insight. You send the data connector, you can create all this data. And all this data, the one that really makes sense is, for example, the total costs. Total cost of all material. The portfolio dashboards and costs.

So all these are different. You can see that this is one card, and it's been configured to be reading, what? A specific Power BI report. Another one pretty much also looking into Power BI but retrieving data from a different type of report. And of course you got the standard project design issues and project issues that are part of the asset cards, of ACC's asset cards.

OK what are the benefits of using dashboards? Well, it's incredible, right? They are incredible. You can make decisions based on live data. Data can be extracted, again, in intervals, in periods of time, or it can be extracted on right there at the very specific moment to make and then understand the health of my project at a specific point in time. You can also improve project performance. You can have an unlimited number of dashboards, and the visual feedback is incredible.

You can engage stakeholders for the planning, to justify all the investment and then also understand the rooms for improvement and then take proactive steps. And of course, they can also measure KPIs. Hope you understand. And you see all the benefits of using Power. BI, power-- the true power, the Insight.

Importing different types of reports, importing different types of graphics, importing and having access to different portals other than the one you're working on, hosted by S3. If a client has already a GIS portal that they can give you the link to it, then all you have to do is really just place the asset card in your dashboard, and then configure to be following this link. Hope you understand and you get a lot of it. And then it's been a pleasure. And thank you for attending.
