Tirtha ChavanTirtha Chavan is a Senior Manager on the Business Models Strategy team at Autodesk. Tirtha is responsible for leading high impact business model initiatives that add value to our global customers. Most recently, she launched Tiered Subscription - Premium plan to provide customers with tailored administrative, support, security, and reporting capabilities for businesses of every size. Tirtha is also serving on the board of Autodesk Women's Network to empower employees to achieve their full leadership potential. Tirtha holds an Engineering degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai and a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.- MNMinette NormanMinette Norman serves as Vice President of Engineering Practice at Autodesk and is responsible for a collaborative culture and state-of-the-art engineering practices. Minette spearheaded “radical collaboration” – initiatives that recognize engineers who contribute to one another’s code, designs, and tests. Previously, she gained international attention by transforming Autodesk’s localization team through best-in-class automation and machine translation. Before joining Autodesk, she held a variety of technical communication and management positions at companies including Symantec and Adobe. Named in 2017 as one of the “Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business” by the San Francisco Business Times and in 2018 as one of the YWCA Silicon Valley’s “Tribute to Women” Honorees, Minette is a recognized industry expert with a unique perspective. Minette has a broad approach to community service, working with local, national and international non-profit organizations. She serves on the Board of Directors of D-Rev, a non-profit devoted to developing medical technologies for impoverished and vulnerable populations worldwide. Minette also works with GirlsWhoCode and YesWeCode, national organizations that help under-represented populations succeed in the technology sector. Minette holds degrees in Drama and French from Tufts University and studied at the Sorbonne Nouvelle in Paris.
- LCLisa CampbellLisa has 25 years of software industry leadership experience with extensive knowledge in business and industry strategy in manufacturing, construction and infrastructure, digital go-to-market strategy, building brands, and business development. Prior to joining Autodesk in 2003, Lisa served as the vice president of marketing and product management for Evolve (now Oracle) where she was responsible for all marketing functions for the Service Delivery products. Additionally, she held executive-level marketing positions at Sterling Software Inc., and Digital Equipment Corporation. Lisa began her career as an IT professional and product marketing manager at Digital Equipment Corporation, which was acquired by HP. Lisa holds a B.A. in mathematics and computer science from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Babson College.
- HCHeather ChungHeather Chung leads SmithGroup’s Healthcare Practice in San Francisco. She has specialized in strategic planning and healthcare design for nearly 20 years. Her passion lies in applying divergent thinking to create the most intelligent and appropriate design responses to the healthcare industry’s evolving needs and aspirations. She leads talented group of 90 professionals dedicated to designing healthcare environments. She sees her task as a studio leader as three-fold 1) to create the environment that will foster the growth and potential of each of her staff; 2) to provide them the opportunities to serve as leaders in ideas and design for healthcare; and finally 3) structuring teams that are built on trust, respect and learning – where peoples roles are expansive, not limited. She has simultaneous B.A.s in Architecture and Economics from University of California, Berkeley and an MBA with an emphasis in Strategy and Entrepreneurism from University of California, Los Angeles.
- JSJennifer SuerthAs Senior Vice President of Virtual Construction, MEP and Operations Technology, Jen provides strategic direction for Pepper Construction in these areas and serves as a key advisor to project teams on constructability and implementation strategies throughout the early stages of project design through construction and facility management. With more than 16 years of experience in architecture, engineering and construction, Jen leads teams to think creatively and solve problems for our clients in ways that are not expected, incorporating technology and virtual construction tools in to how we deliver work. She is a forward-thinking industry-recognized innovator, continuing to work to pilot new technologies and leverage tools in new ways. Jen helps deliver a consistent experience for clients, aligning technology with the firm's operational needs from the office to the field. This includes setting standards across all locations, improving workflows and ensuring technology is consistently implemented and teams are thoroughly trained. Jen's career spans award-winning structural engineering projects, leading our industry to adopt 3D design and construction practices while serving as one of the foremost thought leaders, conference speakers and interviewees on the use of virtual construction technology to deliver better buildings more efficiently. She has been recognized among Crain's Notable Women in Stem, BD+C's 40 Under 40, Builtworlds Top 50 Technology Adoptions Leaders, Women in Construction by Constructech Magazine, Chicago Building Congress Future Leaders and ENR Midwest's Top 20 Under 40. Aradhana VaidyaAradhana Vaidya is the Product Manager for Forge Graphics at Autodesk. She's responsible for building shared graphics components (desktop, cloud & web) which are used by multiple Autodesk products. She started her career as an architect and then went on to work in the areas of 3D graphics, visualization, rendering, feature-film animation and gaming. She has a degree in Architecture and a masters degree in Visualization Sciences from Texas A&M University.
