Within the Report tool when viewing the Templates tab, users can now select to ‘Delete Template’ to permanently review old or unused reporting templates. This will help declutter information that is no longer used and make sure teams are using the most up to date version.
Within the Report tool when viewing the Templates tab, users will now see a new column to filter and sort for ‘Updated by’. This will allow users to see who last updated each report template and gives more historical context.
Now available in Autodesk Docs and BIM 360 Docs, members on web can simplify and organize their viewing experience with the new ability to archive closed and void reviews. Once archived, only project admins can access and perform the same capabilities on these reviews such as transmit files, however, project admins cannot undo the archive action.
On web, Autodesk Docs, and BIM 360 Docs project admins and initiator can edit the review name after it has been initiated, allowing for more flexibility to the Reviews workflow.
When creating or editing a Review approval workflow, Autodesk Docs and BIM 360 members on web can choose how the approval workflow counts the days leading up to the due date. Project admins can select:
“Calendar day(s)” – counts all days including weekends.
“Workday(s)” – counts only Monday to Friday (no customizations).
This feature affects new reviews created after this release, meaning all existing reviews are still counted by calendar days.
Now on web, Autodesk Docs and BIM 360 members can easily create a transmittal from a closed review, allowing members to select all or specific files to transmit. For new reviews, an option to transmit from the source folder or target folder appears for members to select. As always, transmitting is based on folder permissions.

The new progress tracking features within the Assets tool in Autodesk Build deliver a simple intuitive way to visually markup and track asset progress on 2D sheets. This keeps the office team aware of project progress and empowers field teams with productivity forecast to adjust or make improvements. It also helps to ensure that different trades and teams understand what’s ready now, what’s next, and what’s falling behind.
Users can now set asset category permissions within the settings tab of the Assets tool. This means that teams can now control which asset category types are able to be viewed depending on role-based permissions.
Within the contract full page view, users can visualize how each schedule of values (SOV) has evolved throughout the project. By turning on new columns, users can now easily see the original SOV, change orders, and revised SOV to have a granular view of costs.
To eliminate the risk of response due dates occurring over the weekend, users can now choose Workday(s) as an option when setting custom approval workflow response due dates.
Companies utilizing custom approval workflows for Cost Payment Applications can now choose whether to have the system automatically start the approval workflow or manually trigger an item to proceed. Manual trigger allows users to review and fix any issues with payment application before it proceeds in the defined workflow.
(For Customers that utilize capped retention, claimed and certified amount-based processes for payment applications) Within Cost Payment Applications, teams can now turn on a new column group to track claimed work completed, then shown alongside the certified/approved amounts and line-by-line comments to describe reasons for variances. Document templates are updated to pull this within generated documentation.
Within all table views within the Change Order tool, users now have the option to display associated xCO numbers (e.g., PCO, RFQ, COR, OCO, SCO) in a column for each cost item. With this activated, users can view and access information pertaining to the change order life cycle.
A new update to the Data Connector Assets Data Schema set and associated Power BI template to align with some of the changes that have been made within the Asset tool itself. Changes will be reflected in the ‘asset_permissons’ table. To learn more please visit our help site.
Personalize Autodesk Build notifications to stay up to date on projects. With New Project Frequency Defaults project members can tailor their email notifications to their preference.
Users will be able to view the final response and the review responses of all the review steps on the Submittals items list.
When closing a Submittal, users will have the option to save the Submittal item to a selected folder within Files.
Now with the ‘Publish Closed Submittals to Files’ release users can also share closed submittals across projects or accounts using Bridge. This broadens the types of information that can be shared across projects and gives teams even more visibility and ownership of the data created during construction.
Create Issues in Model Coordination, faster, by using the clash grouping feature in Navisworks. BIM Managers creating clash groups with parameters like “level” or “type” can now automatically create and assign several Issues all at once with fields populated with the same data.
Now in Autodesk BIM Collaborate, any new project will come with the NEW clash engine that only clashes the objects that change as opposed to the full files—speeding up clash results significantly.
There are visual enhancements, mainly color changes, to both BuildingConnected Pro and Bid Board Pro. The product functionality remains the same.
Certification tracking and business enterprise-type data is now centralized in BuildingConnected and TradeTapp, giving users access to the same data in both platforms.
Once the subcontractor uploads their financial documents, TradeTapp automatically extracts information from the documents to suggest values to input into the GC’s financial qualification forms.
Incoming proposals from subcontractors can be inputted for easier side-by-side comparison, including alternates and inclusions. Select an awarded subcontractor to dynamically change the final estimate based on their proposal.

Assign, track, and resolve issues. Changes to Issue Assignee Permissions in BIM360 updates the permissions available to non-administrative users so assigned issues are addressed in expected workflows.
