During this step, the project or site manager will confirm that all project requirements have been satisfied, all work has been completed and all promises have been kept. This is the time to review any change requests, view all work and go over your initial documentation to ensure that you have fulfilled your obligations to your client. Step 4: Subcontractor Closeout
