My name is Amy Kozlowski. I am a project manager for Herrero Builders.
Connected Construction means to me that everybody has their finger on the pulse. That we are all informed in real-time. That there is no disconnect between the accounting team and the project management team it means that everybody is connected.
One of the biggest challenges in managing data across the project lifecycle is when you don’t have a consolidated platform.
Where you don’t have to enter data multiple times where I can track an issue, I can track a change in the design and with the click of one button, it is shared across all platforms.
Companies need to look at adopting as much paperless technology as they can. When you have everybody on the same interface there aren’t any uncertainties over what is the latest iteration; there are no missteps.
