The new Multi-Currency functionality in cost management will help better support cost control for companies that procure from suppliers or carry out work in foreign countries.
Web and Mobile users can ‘@’ mention a specific user in the comment field of issues, or a company, or a role. This will notify the user by email and draw their attention to the specific issue.
Deliver standardized projects quicker through Issue Templates in Projects. Admins within Projects are now able to create, edit, and delete repeatable Issue Templates via the web promoting consistency across their team. Additionally, Project members can now use these Issue Templates to create issues on-site from the web or their mobile device. This eliminates unnecessary steps to speed up issue creation in the field.
Project admins on web can now see an improved UI experience in the members’ tool, including the ability to filter members by company, role, and products access. By clicking on a member’s name, project admins can also edit the member’s company, role, access level, and product access.
Through this new API, members on web can now create export jobs and retrieve the exported result. They can also export markups on PDFs from ACC files, selecting between private versus published markups and markup type (i.e. Standard, Issues, and/or Photos). Read this guide to learn how you can implement this API into your workflow.
A feature enhancement to Compliance, requirement expiration dates can now be displayed in a column in the Contract and Cost Payment Application overview tables. Users can leverage the new date grouping option to quickly see what documents expire when. The expiration date will also be displayed in the calendar view of the home page.
Cost management users now have additional flexibility when choosing rounding settings. The options are to round per line, then sum or sum the true values, then round the total. The rounding settings will apply throughout cost management.
The following partner cards are now available in the Card Library within Insight; ProgressCenter, Ziramba, Kojo, Pillr, T2D2, SiteScape, Constrafor, and Struxi.
In order to streamline workflows, users will now receive an enhanced and simplified user experience when adding and removing items in the account level Library within Autodesk Construction Cloud’s unified platform.
Reports | Filtering Enhancements - Within the Reports tool, users can now filter both the reports log and the templates log. This will help teams be able to easily find the information they need.
Prior to this release the Issue Detail report had a limit of 500 issues. This release gives users the ability to generate larger Issue Detail reports with up to 2,500 issues and automatically breaks out the report into multiple parts or files. This allows teams to easily navigate large reports and ensures all issues are accounted for in the report for critical workflows such as punch list.
Users now can now ‘void’ reports within the Reporting tool in the Autodesk Construction Cloud Platform, meaning they are no longer available to download or share.
Rather than using a separate tab to view and manage automations, users will now go directly to the ‘Bridged Projects’ tab. This helps streamline and simplify the user experience.
Autodesk Docs members can now track the stages of each review with a new progress bar, giving them an in-depth view of the information. By utilizing the filter tool, members can also simplify the list view by the current stage of the review.
Members on web can export a Review summary report and view the document metadata for multiple reviews, such as the number of total files and new file name.
Deliver quality projects with reports that help teams to quickly find and resolve project issues in relation to where they are located. When generating an Issue Detail report from within the Reports tool, users will now see an added optional component for ‘Sheet Overview’. The new ‘Sheet Overview’ displays a cover page of the sheet containing issues and shows location pushpins of each issue within the report.
Users will be able to add and view references to their meetings and meeting items on their iOS devices.
Project Admins will be able to set additional submittal permissions. They can set permissions on closed submittal visibility that will either allow all project members to view the closed submittals or limit it to only the team members involved in the workflow.
Users with the right permissions can now submit change suggestions in iOS on a schedule activity, helping improve communication between stakeholders. This further expands on the existing ability to view suggestions in iOS. Note: The schedule managers must review, approve or reject the suggestions through the web and the master schedule must be updated in the schedule authoring tool to ensure the latest schedule is imported into Autodesk Build.
