In our latest Water Talk, our friends at Optimatics and Jacobs Engineering joined Ryan Brown to share an overview of using Optimizer with InfoWorks ICM.
Optimatics VP of Strategic Support Andrew Erikson kicks off the Water Talk showing how importing an InfoWorks database into Optimizer can remove the grunt work of a typical trial-and-error modeling approach before turning it over to Jacobs Program Manager Tom Heinemann to walk through the experience of the City of Omaha and how they optimized their CSO ICM model. Also covered is the Missouri River watershed volume capture project and how they used this software combination to decide whether or not to pursue a no-tunnel, partial, or extensive tunnel solution.
These are some great real-world examples of how this software works together – and some excellent commentary from our guests.
