A few months back, we introduced new courseware for four apps: InfoWater Pro, InfoWorks WS Pro, InfoDrainage and InfoWorks ICM. We’ve just launched three more free courses to help our customers get as much out of our apps as possible. These three new courses are all about InfoWater Pro.

InfoWater Pro Advanced

This is the next step for InfoWater Pro users: InfoWater Pro Advanced. This course will teach you to:

InfoWater Pro UDF

Next up is the InfoWater Pro UDF course. Unidirectional Flushing (UDF) is a water-efficient method of cleaning water distribution pipes to improve water quality and restore capacity. After completing this course, you’ll be able to:

InfoSurge Pro

InfoSurge was previously a separate add-on app for transient analysis, but since version 2024 it has been included in InfoWater Pro as part of an Autodesk subscription.

This is excellent added value for our customers, and we want to make sure they take advantage of InfoSurge functionality’s power in predicting water hammer effects. If that sounds like you, we hope you will get started with this new InfoSurge Pro course.

If you are an InfoWater Pro user who doesn’t yet use InfoSurge, this course is for you.

Our learning methodology

It’s worth your time to learn how to use the major functionalities of any app, but we believe the quality of the courseware makes a big difference as to whether you will, so we’ve tried to focus on quality with these courses:

That’s the latest in courseware. We also recently added Technical Hubs for each of our products, and that includes the InfoWater Pro Technical Hub. From there, you can sign up for important email updates about InfoWater Pro, if you wish. Or, bookmark the page and come back at any time.
