    Fusion 360 Sheet Metal Challenge August 2017

    My entry for the #Fusion360SheetMetal Bumper Challenge. Instead of doing a "normal bumper", I decided to really push the software limits and try to make a multi-faceted yet manufacturable HD bumper. To say the least, I am really impressed by the capabilities of this software. Sheet metal on Fusion 360 is incredible and easy to use.

    This bumper is made up of several main formed panels welded together and seams ground polished to create the look. The two mesh guards in the middle are removable to gain access to the bolting locations on the truck and make installation simple.
