The project of Electric Vehicle was made to be used in Urban areas like Middle Town, and it is based in the Elevators (lift) of building which works in vertical position but this vehicle works in Horizontal line and no driver is needed, the passengers will push the desired button inside of EV, the same as an elevator and each number is related to a stop. The electrical/electronic and mechanical systems contains 12 Volts batteries array with charging system of 120V/240V, DC Controller, AC Motor, Transmission 2x4 with front traction and the break system is controlled by electronic sensors placed at front of the vehicle. The speed are limited up to 40 Km/h.
The location of Batteries array are at rear of vehicle and it contain 50 units and it can be replaced by another array in fews minutes.
At front, together of motor two batteries are specially to be used only for the vehicle lights and alarms beeps making sounds for security reasons .
The speeds reduces when the sensors detects objects in the same trajectory (direction) and all system is controlled with cameras internal and external located from a central system located at certain location of administration building of all vehicles.
The Small station will be controlled by magnetic cards pre-paid and the capacity of vehicle is up to 20 passengers and 01 wheel chair.
The moving vehicle path are continuous and in one direction only. The quantities of electrical vehicle depends on number of passenger and it can be set per example each 15 minutes.
The EV guide direction is set into the road with inspection points each 100M.
To remove away the Electric Vehicle is simple, just disconnect the guide from the EV and it can be towed by maintenance truck to the mechanical workshop.
The suspensions contains flexible rubber in all supports, axle and bars which allow turning in curves with small angle.
