Pedro Pinto, Commercial Manager, Termobrasa: Termobrasa is a family-owned company. That is very important to create a sense of community among the people that persists until nowadays.

Joaquim Queirós, Team Manager, Termobrasa: My life in this company has always been joyful, I like to see it grow.

Pinto: We manufacture electric water heaters and heat pumps.

Eusébio Ribeiro, Founder and Owner, Termobrasa: We are in competition, very much in competition with foreign products. But we will hold on because we are still evolving.

Pinto: We need to take a strong focus on the performance, on the certification of the products, and on high performance of the production process. That’s why we have decided some years ago to invest in a software that can help us use less paper in the factory and to allow us to have optimized processes in the production.

The company evolution in the last years has been amazing. So to give you an idea, we had a capacity to manufacture around 20 to 30 heat pumps per month six years ago. And today, with all the investments we have done, we are able to manufacture around 40 heat pumps per day.

Pedro Costa, Production Manager, Termobrasa: Before Fusion Operations, we had some problems in the production organization. Everything was by paper. Sometimes information got lost in the process. Sometimes the price, sometimes the delivery time.

Queirós: Well, this time I let us start using the tablet. At first, it was complicated. It was the team helping me, the team, the engineers, the management, everyone collaborated with me.

Costa: With Fusion Operations, everything is much simpler. So during the entire process, we are sure now that no information is lost in the process.

Ricardo Costa, Team Manager, Termobrasa: In the future I see planning, I see control of raw material, I see readiness in orders and in the information we can pass on to our customers, compared to the delivery date, the time it takes us to deliver, in a timely manner and with real dates.
