Cannot see any folders from BIM 360 when trying to initiate a Cloud model from Revit

Issue:

One or more of the following behaviors are seen in Revit:

No folders from BIM 360

No folders to which the project member has granted permissions in BIM 360 are displayed when attempting to initiate a Cloud Workshared model from Revit on a specific computer.

Need access to BIM 360

When using the Save As Cloud option, the following message is displayed in Revit:

Save as Cloud Model

To save the model to the cloud, you need access to BIM 360 Document Management.
Contact your BIM 360 administrator for access.

When using the Save As Cloud option, the following message is displayed:

Save as Cloud Model

To save the model to the cloud, you need access to Autodesk Docs.

Contact your account administrator for access.

Additional Details

When checking the Revit journal the following entries can be found:

'C 16-Oct-2020 11:37:21.839; 1:< Collaborate: CloudResourceManager.GetHubs: Unable to get hubs, System.ArrayTypeMismatchException: 'Attempted to access an element as a type incompatible with the array.'
