Maya takes a long time to shutdown due to AWS

An Amazon Web Services connection attempt can cause Autodesk Maya to take a long time to shut down.

This is most likely due to the CIP sending the data packet to Autodesk servers.

Set the environment variable to by pass this:

MAYA_DISABLE_CIP=1
