Now, we're going to switch back over to InfraWorks so that we can do some analysis on the bridge itself.
00:19
In this case, we're going to use the line girder analysis to look at the girder design.
00:25
I'm going to go to the Analyze tab of the ribbon structures panel.
00:28
The first icon is Line Girder Analysis.
00:31
And here I am going to select the bridge so that we can get to the bridge.
00:37
You can enter a project name, job name, and the job reference number.
00:42
And I'm going to run the start analysis.
00:45
Now, this tool does-- I'm going to click that button and start that.
00:48
This tool does take a while to run, upwards of 20 minutes or so.
00:52
So, you may want to plan out when you're going to run this so that you can have other work to go to during its running.
01:01
So, you can see at the bottom, there it says it's running analysis and zero of two are complete.
01:06
Basically, I was looking at two girders there.
01:08
It's going to come back with the information on each girder group as it goes across there.
01:14
We will return when this is complete.
01:17
So now you can see that the analysis tool has completed.
01:22
We're over on the Result tab.
01:24
If I click on one of the girders that we have here, I'm just selecting one from the side, you actually want to select one of the girders specifically.
01:33
So, you see here that I've grabbed the girder group.
01:36
I grab the girder again, now I'm grabbing just the girder and you can see the information that came out of that result.
01:44
You can also click on "View Report"
01:47
and send this out to a report. You can see here that first of all, there's quite a bit of information.
01:55
You can see by the scrolling here how much information is available out of this library of analysis.
02:04
You can also open this up in ASBD or the Autodesk Structural Bridge Design tool.
02:10
We're not going to do that here.
02:11
But you can move it to there from this point having this analysis having been run.
