So on this next section in communicating design intent using Autodesk InfraWorks,
00:05
we take a look at exporting videos out and sharing that with external stakeholders.
00:13
We previously talked about sharing snapshots, creating snapshots and being able to save them a simple JPEGs,
00:19
and then we created a storyboard that we can share.
00:22
Next step would be sharing that with the external stakeholders of the project.
00:27
And you can do that a couple of different ways.
00:29
The easy way is to export it out as a video file that anybody can view.
00:34
So you can simply select AVA format file and export out a video that you have created from your storyboard.
00:41
Or you can share your presentation and collaborate by using BIM 360 project.
00:47
Either way, simple to use.
00:48
We'll take a look at exporting out a video right now.
00:51
So let's go InfraWorks and export out our storyboard.
00:56
So we're here in our InfraWorks model.
00:57
Let's go ahead and select our "Presentation" icon here.
01:01
And if we select Storyboard Creator, you will see that we have created a storyboard already here.
01:08
And we have a couple options of exporting that out.
01:11
We can export out the storyboard to be used in another InfraWorks model,
01:15
or we can export out a video file, and we can save and share that with anybody.
01:22
So I'm simply going to select the "Export Storyboard to Video".
01:28
Different options here. Windows Media, DV, and JPEG.
01:32
Now, we're going to go Windows Media video.
01:35
Filename, you can save it where you want.
01:37
Frame Rate, and Resolution.
01:40
All that stuff, we're going to simply just select Record, and it's going to export out a video that we can use.
01:47
So very easily, we created our storyboard, and then we have that available to export out as a video.

In this tutorial, we’re taking a look at exporting animated videos out and sharing them with external stakeholders.
There are different ways you can do this:
