How to use the Activity Stream

If you're an admin,

you have the ability to review and monitor all activity by users

who are active on your productions on a folder by folder basis.

To do so, first click the administration tab on the left,

then select activity stream.

When you do, you'll see all activity from the folder that was last accessed.

To change which folder you want to view activity

for, simply click the drop down at the top

and select a different folder from the folder tree.

Note that by default, you'll be viewing all activities

with the most recent at the bottom.

However, you can also narrow down on specific types of activity such as view,

comment,

download,

and more.

Also note that by default, recent views only is checked,

showing you the most recent and relevant info.

If you uncheck this box,

you'll then be able to view all activity since the folder was created.
