If you're an admin,

you'll notice you can label any of the users on your production with a

role so you can keep track of who does what on your projects.

Note that the role is just a label

and doesn't impact access to content or permissions.

Flow Capture comes with a preset list of roles available to be used,

but if you like, you can add a new one.

To do so, first click your initials in the lower left hand corner,

then click the rules tab on the left.

From here, you can add a new role by typing it in

and clicking Add.

That's it. You'll now see this new role listed in your options

and you can apply it to any of the users

you manage under your company or production as an administrator.
