To the right of the contacts column is the team's call,
00:12
which allows you to manage your teams for your production.
00:16
Like the contacts column,
00:17
you can either search for the team that you're looking to adjust
00:20
or you can simply scroll through your list to find the team
00:23
in question.
00:24
Note that there are production level teams and company level teams.
00:29
Company level teams can be created and adjusted
00:32
by anyone who's a company level admin.
00:35
Most of the admins on Flow Capture are production admins,
00:38
so it's likely you won't see any company level teams at all while scrolling.
00:43
Any time you select a specific team,
00:46
all of the members of that team
00:48
will pop to the top of the contacts column.
00:51
Scroll through those users and you'll see a new header called Other Contacts,
00:56
which contains all of the contacts on that production that are not on that team.
01:00
Click that team name again
01:02
and the context column will now show all contacts across the entire production.
01:08
Note that anytime you select a team,
01:10
the buttons at the bottom will illuminate,
01:13
allowing you to access the various functionalities for that team.
01:16
We'll cover these functionalities in other tutorials.
