Creating a team on Flow Capture allows you to add multiple

users to folders in bulk all with the same permission set.

You can also add a team at the production level which will grant them access to

all folders and sub folders with the same

level of permission across the entire production.

Once you've created your team,

assigning them to a folder or production is very straightforward.

First find the team you wish to assign, either by searching for it by name

or scrolling through.

Once you select it, the assigned team button will illuminate at the bottom.

The middle column will allow you to select either the production or the folder.

If you select the production itself,

you'll be assigning the team at the production level,

which means they'll have access to everything on that project.

The select folder will only assign that team to that one individual folder.

If you want to switch to a different folder, you can do.

So using the drop down menu at the top.

Once you've got the team and either the production or the folder selected,

just click the assigned team button,

All the current members of the team will now be granted access
