The participants column in the managed teams panel will show you each of

the folder participants that have been added to the folder in question.

However, you'll also notice a play link tab at the top.

Whenever you click this tab,

you'll be shown any user who isn't a folder participant

that has been sent a play link from the folder

in question.

If you click on a user under the playlink tab,

you'll notice that their participant details,

info will confirm that the only permission set that

they have on that folder is playlinks.

If you wish you can convert that user to a full folder participant,

which will grant them permanent access to all assets within that folder.

Just click their name, then click assign contact,

and they'll be added as a folder participant with the lowest permission set of viewer.

You'll also see the permission set of playlinks to

remind you that they've also been sent a playlink

Note that the playlink tab will only show users who are not folder participants.
